Business Analyst I

Job Description

• Collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and delivery of data insights
• You will contribute to key operations including establishing and reviewing KPI's, SLA's, thresholds, and escalation procedures
• You will build and present dashboards to teams.
• Define and Document ongoing process changes and improvements
• Review and validate data for accuracy
• You will conduct ad-hoc analysis
• you will aggregate, analyze our data : quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and business plan presentation.
• candidate will report to Development and Operations Director Senior.
