Job Description
- Collaborate with teams to support operational analysis and delivery of data insights
- You will contribute to key operations including establishing and reviewing KPI's, SLA's, thresholds, and escalation procedures
- You will build and present dashboards to teams.
- Define and Document ongoing process changes and improvements
- Review and validate data for accuracy
- You will conduct ad-hoc analysis
- you will aggregate, analyze our data : quantitative and qualitative analysis, data modeling, and business plan presentation.
- candidate will report to Development and Operations Director Senior.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, Data Science, Finance or related field.Provide deliverables within expected timeframesExcellent analytical skillsWorking knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools1+ years hands on experience writing SQL queriesExperience documenting data flows and processesExperience profiling, including data discovery, cleansing and analysisAdditional Information
