This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-performance, scalable web applications in a fast-paced, globally distributed environment. You will collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to turn complex concepts into polished, user-friendly interfaces. Your work will directly impact the experience of thousands of users, ensuring seamless and engaging interactions across web platforms. The position emphasizes high-quality, maintainable code, front-end performance optimization, and cross-functional collaboration in a remote-first, innovative environment.

Accountabilities

Translate design concepts into functional, responsive, and visually engaging front-end code.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including backend engineers, designers, product managers, and QA throughout the full product development lifecycle.
Develop and maintain robust features and APIs, ensuring high performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize front-end applications to maintain fast, seamless user experiences.
Ensure a consistent, polished experience across all web platforms and user touchpoints.
Participate in code reviews, provide technical guidance, and contribute to best practices for front-end development.

Requirements

7+ years of experience in frontend or full-stack development.

Strong expertise in JavaScript, with in-depth experience in React.js (functional and class components, hooks).

Solid understanding of front-end essentials : HTML, CSS, and modern web standards.

Proficiency with Node.js and at least one other server-side language (e.g., Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .Net).

Experience with state management tools such as MobX and Redux.

Ability to design, write, debug, and maintain applications across the full stack.

Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively in distributed, cross-functional teams.
