Are you a skilled communicator who thrives on building connections? Join our tri-state area real estate acquisition team as a Real Estate Outreach Coordinator and play a vital role in generating new leads by reaching out to homeowners.
The Role
This remote position is perfect for someone with a background in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to sensitive conversations.
What You’ll Do :
- Lead Generation : Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying potential leads.
- Dialer Management : Use the Mojo dialing system to efficiently manage calls, with training provided for other software as needed.
- Research & Database Management : Research and compile new leads to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.
- Communication & Empathy : Handle each call with professionalism and empathy, especially when speaking with homeowners in distressing situations.
- Value Articulation : Clearly communicate our value proposition, navigating complex information to pinpoint viable leads.
