POSITION SUMMARY
The Analyst – Vendor Compliance will collect and organize regulatory data on materials, parts, and vendors to support due diligence processes, client expectations, and reporting obligations.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishes and maintains communication with knowledgeable vendor contacts.
- Creates and conducts regulatory surveys on materials, parts, and vendors.
- Maintains database of vendor responses, and part and material regulatory status.
- Owner and primary operator of vendor and material tracking system
- Highlights risks by creating reports covering vendor, part, and material regulatory status.
- Presents reports to regulatory team
- Gains familiarity with applicable regulations and associated requirements.
- Works as a member of the Regulatory Team to suggest improvements and develop programs.
- Attends meetings with Regulatory, Quality, and meetings with other groups as needed.
- Additional duties as assigned.
