From our hillside perch overlooking the Pacific Ocean, our expansive Costa Rican resort offers privacy while being your launching pad into boundless adventures. Responsibilities :

1. Know the different types of paints.

2. Apply the different techniques to paint.

3. Apply the techniques to match colors.

4. Paint walls, walls, ceilings, and different types of objects.

5. Apply patching techniques.

6. Repair plaster ceilings.

7. Establish, in coordination with the maintenance manager, programs to periodically paint some

hotel areas.

8-Apply techniques to remove rust

9-Store the paint correctly.

10-Store solvents (Thinner, turpentine, etc.) correctly to avoid fires.

11. Teamwork skills.

12. Basic knowledge carpentry, plumbing and electricity - residences and house.
