Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring accurate demand planning and supply chain execution through effective communication, inventory control, and continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, managing ERP suggestions, and supporting production planning to meet customer needs.

Job Requirements

  • University Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in a Supply Chain environment, preferably in a production plant within the Medical Devices Industry
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (B1+)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to connect financial targets to Supply Chain KPIs
  • Experience leading or supporting S&OP processes
  • APICS Certification / CPIM
  • Power BI knowledge is a plus
  • Responsibilities

  • Analyze ERP purchasing suggestions to ensure alignment with demand
  • Communicate effectively with production planners, buyers, logistics, and other departments
  • Prepare, send, and follow up on purchase orders or inter-company transfer orders
  • Seek alternative solutions involving cross-functional collaboration
  • Lead discussions with customers regarding delivery schedules
  • Control inventory of raw materials, consumables, or assigned items
  • Ensure consistent delivery of products and services to meet customer expectations
  • Maintain accurate master data
  • Mentor junior and mid-level peers
  • Identify supply risks and implement mitigation plans
  • Drive continuous improvement in demand planning and S&OP processes
  • Manage and communicate supply issues to stakeholders
  • Schedule capacity and control demand through work centers
  • Implement improvements in production control methods
  • Calculate efficiency, utilization, and productivity metrics
  • Determine capacity needs and update planning and financial data accordingly
  • Actively participate in inventory management strategies
  • Optimize inventory deployment to maintain high service levels
  • Support new product introduction activities
  • Perform other duties as assigned
