What You'll Do
As a Junior Content Specialist – BCG Vantage, you will play a key role in strengthening BCG’s internal knowledge base by supporting the Content Management (CM) team, with a primary focus on the Principal Investors & Private Equity (PIPE) Practice Area.
Your work will center on capturing, curating, and maintaining high-quality content that supports knowledge sharing across BCG. This includes engaging with case teams to extract meaningful insights, ensuring content is properly documented and aligned with internal standards, and contributing to special content-related initiatives in partnership with the Content Manager and senior team members.
Your responsibilities will include engaging with case teams to capture and document high-impact PIPE case work, writing and indexing case descriptions, and uploading materials to BCG’s internal knowledge platform (Navigator). You will identify and sanitize relevant content from internal repositories, ensuring it meets BCG’s quality, branding, and metadata standards. In addition, you will support the regular review and maintenance of PIPE-related content to keep it accurate and accessible, and contribute to special initiatives such as newsletters, case vignettes, and client reference development. Throughout, you will collaborate closely with the Content Manager, senior team members, and Practice Area leadership to align content efforts with evolving knowledge needs and strategic priorities.
You will work in a fast-paced, learning-oriented environment, collaborating with the CM team and Practice leadership to deliver exceptional service. While this is a non-client-facing role, your work will have a significant impact on the visibility and accessibility of BCG’s intellectual capital.
Success in this role requires strong problem-solving skills, a proactive and detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative global team. You’ll grow through on-the-job learning and mentorship in an apprenticeship-based culture.
BCG’s PIPE Practice serves the world’s largest investment firms across a broad range of asset classes, including Private Equity, Sovereign Wealth Funds, Pension Plans, Family Offices, Hedge Funds, Real Estate & Infrastructure, Venture Capital, and Tech Capital.
