Schedule : Mountain Standard Time (Dayshift) (Monday-Friday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm MST)
Rate : $700 USD per month + commission

Lago is on a mission to build a world-class outbound sales engine and we’re looking for driven, sharp, and ambitious Cold Callers (Sales Development Representatives) to help us get there.
This isn’t your average cold calling job. You’ll be prospecting with purpose, sparking real conversations, uncovering digital marketing needs, and booking qualified appointments that our Account Executives can close.

Key Responsibilities
- Execute targeted outbound prospecting campaigns via phone and email
- Follow a structured outreach process (Apollo sequences, call scripts, and qualification questions)
- Pre-qualify prospects by identifying their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and project timelines
- Book verified, high-quality appointments for the sales team
- Maintain accurate records of all activities and conversations in CRM tools
- Consistently hit (and ideally exceed) performance targets :
- Provide feedback on prospect responses to improve messaging and outreach strategy
- High volume cold outreach (100-200+ calls per day)
- Follow up with prospect call backs, follow up with reminder calls to your prospect 1 hour prior to the Discovery Call. Communicate with your AE leading up to the appointment giving updates on the status of the meeting
- Rescheduling is common. Expect to reschedule appointments
Requirements
Proven track record in cold calling / SDR rolesExcellent spoken and written English; able to engage confidently with U.S. business owners and executivesStrong understanding of outbound prospecting, objection handling, and relationship buildingCoachable and disciplined : able to follow playbooks, scripts, and training guidelinesResults-driven mindset with consistency in performance and accountabilityTech-savvy : comfortable with Apollo, CRM systems, and communication toolsPrior experience setting qualified appointments that resulted in closed deals is a strong plusPreferred Qualifications
Experience working in or selling performance digital marketing servicesBackground in Google services or experience working with SEO, PPC, or Meta ads, website designPrior use of tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Google Sheets, Slack or similar sales softwaresCompensation & Performance Structure
Performance-Based Commission on top of base pay ($50 commission per verified appointment).
