We are looking for a Hotel Operations Manager, responsible for strategically leading, supervising, and optimizing operations in assigned areas. Your main objective will be to ensure the efficient and effective fulfillment of organizational objectives by implementing procedures and best practices that drive productivity, service quality, and hotel profitability.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Tourism, Hotel Management, or a related field.
More than 5 years of experience in hotel operations (preferably with hotel franchises).
Strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
Person with soft skills such as empathy, proactivity, and problem-solving ability.
Intermediate-advanced English (B2+ or higher) is essential.
