Descripción del trabajoProcess license orders, deliver activation keys, and resolve operational queries. Fulfill requests for trial extensions, Proof of Concept (POC) licenses, reconfigurations, and other license-related needs. Generate usage reports for customers and internal stakeholders. Provide proofs of license delivery to customers and partners. Monitor license usage to ensure compliance and prevent over-issuance. Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing technical support role. Strong data entry, verification, and validation skills with excellent attention to detail. Self-starter with a motivated and adaptable attitude, able to work independently or in a team. Strong organizational and communication skills. Advanced English (C1) Flexibility to work shifts and participate in on-call rotations to support high-priority customers. Experience with license management or entitlement systems. Familiarity with reporting tools or data analytics platforms.
