IT Infrastructure Network Engineer (Hybrid work)

Job Description

In this administrator position, you will support the technical needs of both internal and external customers to create and maintain solutions on premise or in cloud to meet performance expectations and align with security requirements. Office365, Azure, on prem Active Directory, backup, recovery, and support tasks for on premise or cloud environments. All activities and tasks will be conducted with utmost respect, professionalism, and courtesy.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Administration of on-prem Active Directory
• Office365 and Azure Administration
• Email migration to Office365
• Configuration and / or installation of Workstations and Software
• Configuration and / or installation of Servers and Software
• Monitoring and Management of Servers and Network Performance
• Monitor and respond to network, server, storage related alerts
• Cross functional coordination with server, storage, workstation, and application areas with emphasis on security compliance
• Management Reporting
• Performs related duties as assigned or requested.
