Role : Sales Development / Business Development - Outbound Sales
Hours : 9 : 00 AM - 6 : 00 PM EST
USD Salary : $ 1,120 - $1,440 per month | $7 - $9 per hour (Negotiable based on experience)
We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our client base. This role is critical to our sales pipeline and involves a mix of outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.
The ideal candidate will have the hunger and discipline to generate their own opportunities while also engaging with inbound leads to qualify and move them through the funnel.
Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation
- Identify, research, and generate new outbound leads in target verticals : eCommerce brands, roofing companies, law firms, dental practices, med spas, and other local service businesses.
- Execute personalized outreach campaigns via email, phone (cold calling), LinkedIn, and other prospecting channels.
- Inbound Lead Qualification
- Engage promptly with inbound leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Qualify prospects based on interest, fit, and readiness to engage with our services.
- Nurture and follow up consistently to maximize conversion.
- Pipeline & Appointment Setting
- Schedule high-quality appointments for Account Executives / Closers.
- Maintain detailed records of all outreach, conversations, and progress in the CRM.
- Consistently meet or exceed weekly / monthly KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and booked meetings.
- Collaboration
- Partner with the marketing team to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Provide feedback to improve lead quality and conversion processes.
- Share insights from the field to help the agency refine positioning in different verticals.
Requirements
Proven experience in sales development, cold calling, prospecting, or appointment setting (agency or B2B service industry experience preferred).Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional, clear, and engaging style.Confidence in handling objections and driving conversations toward next steps.Proficiency in using CRM or sales engagement platforms (experience with Go High Level, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).Self-motivated, organized, and driven by results.Comfortable balancing both outbound prospecting and inbound lead qualification.Reliable internet connection, quality headset, and a distraction-free work environment.Benefits
