Financial Analyst, Supplier Relations
Full time, Costa Rica
In this role you will support the growth of the business and the strategic and financial decision-making processes by providing high quality and timely financial analyses, reporting and support. This includes working with supplier owners to provide data modeling of financial terms on preferred supplier agreements, adhoc requests to support the Supplier Relations team and act as a liaison with other departments to support the needs of the business.
As a Financial Analyst, Supplier Relations, you will
- Creates and analyzes financial models to maximize earnings through our preferred supplier programs
- Develop an expert understanding of contractual terms to verify accuracy of supplier results
- Support Management with creation of performance tracking tools
- Create, analyze and distribute supplier reporting utilizing both internal and external sources
- Analyze critical areas of revenue management opportunities
- Utilize a variety of company management information tools to establish robust checks on supplier revenue reports
- Reconcile supplier payments
- Monitor regional contributions to global agreements
- Acquire data and underlying assumptions to assist with internal allocation process
- Assist with supplier invoicing and cash collection
- Create ad hoc reports as requested
