British American Tobacco Costa Rica has an exciting opportunity for a Trade Payments Analyst

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

This role is part of GBS Finance. The role is responsible for processing the requests of discounting payments for retailers contracted with Reynolds (BAT subsidiary in USA) and their sales representatives. Resolve inquiries about contracts, payments, payment dates, audits and among others.

Geographic Scope :   USA

Your key responsibilities will include :

  • Precise analysis of disputes requests from contracted accounts.
  • Assist Territory Managers and retailers with inquiries related with the discounting programs and payments.
  • Comply with the process KPIs.
  • Process documentation.
  • Complete all reports assigned in the recurrence required.
  • Analyze and handle situations that may arise, different from the work routine.
  • Proactive and looking for possible improvements to make the processes simpler and faster.

What are we looking for?

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • B2+ English Level.
  • Student or graduated of Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
  • Experience working under pressure.
  • At least 1 year of analyst experience or related.
  • Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
