Analyst, Marketing Tech UX – Heredia, Costa Rica

Collaborate with innovative 3Mers around the world

As Analyst, Marketing Technologies UX (Intermediate User Experience Designer) you will play a key role in shaping global customer-facing digital experiences in the division of Marketing Technologies and Digital Experience. In this role you will be centralized in the organization and partner with product owners and internal stakeholders to understand the team’s vision and translate that to solve customer and business problems.

The impact you will make in this role

• You will lead by example, managing projects independently, and through continuous improvement.
• You will support customer research studies with creation of assets and incorporation of customer feedback in designs.
• You will drive UX strategy, brand standards, consistency, efficiency, and compliance while gaining cross-functional alignment and incorporating the voice of the customer.
• You will implement learnings from user research studies, delivering technically feasible designs.
• You will motivate team members through knowledge sharing, design inspiration, and embracing 3M culture.
