We have 600+ English-speaking engineers based in Latin America and approximately 20 U.S.-based engineers. Summary

We are looking for a Sales Representative to help expand our footprint in the U.S. market by connecting clients with our high-performing software development, data engineering, and AI teams in LATAM. In this role, you will be responsible for generating Sales Qualified Meetings (SQMs) with key decision-makers at mid-market companies and laying the foundation for long-term client relationships.

This position offers direct mentorship from experienced sales executives, including our Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer (CRMO), giving you an accelerated path to advance your sales career in the IT services space.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field preferred).

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT services sales, technical recruitment for engineering talent, or lead generation for U.S.-based clients.
  • Strong experience working with U.S. clients and teams based in LATAM is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets or recruitment goals.
  • Understanding of software development, data engineering, or AI concepts.
  • Familiarity with DevOps, Cloud services, or SDLC concepts.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar tools
  • Availability to travel as needed.
  • Valid U.S. visa required (B1 / B2 or equivalent).
  • Soft Skills

  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) – English fluency required (spoken and written).
  • Responsive communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and pipeline management.
  • Growth mindset, eager to learn from mentorship and hands-on experience.
  • Key Responsibilities

    Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage potential U.S.-based clients who would benefit from GAP’s nearshore IT services (custom software, data engineering, AI).
  • Conduct targeted outreach to decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, VPs of Engineering, Directors of Engineering).
  • Schedule and track Sales Qualified Leads between prospects and GAP’s sales executives.
  • CRM & Data Management

  • Maintain a clean and updated CRM (Salesforce) to accurately track all prospecting activities.
  • Leverage Gong to analyze and improve outreach strategies and conversations.
  • Document all prospect interactions and track pipeline progress.
  • Sales Tools

  • Use ZoomInfo full toolkit to identify companies showing intent for custom software, data engineering, or AI solutions and prioritize outreach based on buying signals.
  • Leverage Linked Helper 2 for to target connection requests and messaging, automating personalized connection requests, follow-up messages, and engagement with prospects.
  • Track conversation insights with Gong to improve outreach effectiveness
  • Optimize Outreach Strategies

  • A / B Testing and refining messaging strategies for different industries and personas.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach and maximize conversion rates.
  • Share best practices and contribute to the ongoing development of GAP’s sales playbook.
  • Compensation

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based commissions and bonuses aligned to both SQLs and closed deals.
