Overview

As a Supply Chain Project Engineer for the Costa Rica Operational Support team, you will coordinate and execute Supply Chain and Operations work to support key Lutron business functions.

You will work with teams from multiple Lutron facilities including US, Costa Rica, Mexico, Puerto Rico, and China to collectively drive improvements to Lutron’s operational and manufacturing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Setting up new product introductions for Manufacturing and Supply Chain success
  • Facilitating changes to existing products across Lutron’s global Manufacturing network
  • Lead projects to transfer products between facilities or increase production capacity
  • Assist with Financial analysis of new and existing products
  • Create documentation for new raw material and manufacturing processes
  • Support Corporate Operations analytics

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering degree
  • 0-4 years of experience in a relevant role
  • Strong computer skills and proven ability to learn new software
  • Written and Spoken English Fluency
