You’ll use your design expertise to bring our brand story to life across a variety of projects, from bold brand activations to engaging digital experiences.

• Your Focus Provide creative and design support across all brands—Paystone, DataCandy, and NiceJob—including email, social media, website design, motion design and partner marketing materials.
• Use storytelling and visual communication to translate strategy into meaningful design experiences that connect with people.
• Apply brand guidelines with consistency across every touchpoint, upholding marketing and design best practices and standards.
• Demonstrate craft excellence daily , ensuring every pixel, layout, and letter reflects attention to detail and pride in quality.
• Bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas that help shape the future of our creative design direction and brand storytelling.
• Stay curious and committed to growth—continually refining your skills and exploring emerging creative technologies and trends.
• Create work that captivates , crafting attention-grabbing designs across a range of mediums that inform, engage, and inspire.
• Communicate ideas clearly and confidently , showcasing exceptional storytelling and presentation skills that bring creative visions to life.
• Lead design projects end-to-end , from concept through execution, maintaining a high standard of excellence throughout.
• Collaborate with empathy and openness , working closely with a diverse group of creatives and marketers to elevate every project outcome.
• Invest in team growth , sharing insights, tools, and best practices that help everyone do their best work together.

Qualifications 5+ years of experience leveraging creative technologies, with a proven passion for innovation and design that moves people; experience with generative AI is an advantage.

Fluency in English (both written and verbal) is required, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and persuasively across diverse teams.

A strong portfolio that highlights world-class creative solutions across a variety of challenges and mediums.

Collaborative by nature , comfortable partnering with developers, writers, and other professionals to deliver exceptional creative outcomes.
