Sales Performance Management Consultant (Costa Rica)

At Delbridge, your achievements fuel both our growth and your career advancement.  Sales Performance Management Consultant  We’re looking for a consultant with 2-3 years of experience, ideally in consulting or implementation, to join our team.

You’re client-focused, tech-savvy, and ready to deliver exceptional solutions as part of a rapidly growing company.

Strong communication skills and fluent English are essential.  In This Role, You Will :   Provide regular status updates to the Technical / Project Lead and the client.  Gather client requirements in collaboration with the Project Lead.  Design and customize solutions to meet client needs, following best practices.  Serve as a subject matter expert (SME), advising, implementing, testing, and training clients.  Create documentation and participate in project meetings.  Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure the solution meets specifications.     What You Bring :   2-3 years of experience in finance, consulting, or implementation.  Strong knowledge of databases, SQL, and expertise in MS Excel.  Confidence in speaking and presenting in customer settings.  A technical, client-oriented focus with motivation to deliver quality results.  Education in IT, Engineering, or Finance preferred.  Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) is required.
