Preparation and analysis of Financial Statements.

o Management of all areas in the accounting department (Treasury, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll).

o Preparation of budgets and cash flows.

o Experience with accounting systems and invoicing.

o Liaison with the Ministry of Finance and handling of platforms (Ministry of Finance, CCSS, INS, Banks).

o Definition of tax strategies.

o Experience in managing audits and accounting standards.

o Coordination and supervision of tasks within areas under their direction.

o Responsibility for accuracy and deadlines in task completion.

o Well-organized, collaborative, and proactive.

o Ability to communicate with partners, clients, and suppliers.

o Strong communication skills at all levels and conflict management.

o Emotional intelligence, quick thinking, negotiation, investigation, and analytical skills.

o Proficient in math and numerical operations.

o Knowledge of computing and technology.

o Ability to work under pressure and flexible hours.

o Excellent proficiency in Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SAP.

Professional in Accounting; licensed CPA.

Disponibilidad para viajar a Guanacaste.

Dominio del ingles indispensable.
