Responsibilities : Be responsible for the leadership, assignment, and performance of the technical trainers personnel Design and implement technical and regulatory training programs for operational and administrative staff.
Keep the training system up to date.
Provide in-person training on processes, equipment uses, drawings, and procedures.
Support the production department in solving problems.
Continuous improvement of the training system.
Monitor compliance with the annual training plan and keep records updated in accordance with regulatory requirements.
Use KPIs, surveys, and feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and propose continuous improvements.
Coordinate onboarding sessions for new employees.
Provide support for internal and external audits related to training.
Create effective training tools, such as interactive manuals, visual instructions, checklists, step-by-step guides, and digital resources for different job profiles.
Create and monitor learning curves for new and existing staff, ensuring progressive fulfillment of competencies per position.
Define and monitor weekly training metrics (attendance, progress, effectiveness, certification compliance), and report to key areas such as Production.
Coordinate and carry out certification processes for operational personnel to ensure an objective evaluation of their knowledge and technical skills, as well as their compliance with quality standards.
Collaborate on continuous improvement projects related to operational efficiency, reduction of human error, and strengthening of the culture of quality.
Develop procedures that will be used to ensure product quality and process capability.
Review procedures to ensure accuracy and make required updates through Documentation change control.
Work with Production and other Departments to develop procedures to ensure product quality.
Performs other functions as required.
EDUCATION : High School Diploma Technical degree or university student with more than 60% of the degree completed.
EXPERIENCE : Have at least two years of training experience.
Have experience leading training teams.
Have experience with various teaching methods and have improved training metrics.
