Now Hiring : Product Owner San José, Costa Rica

Were a fast-growing player in the online gaming & sports betting industry, creating innovative, user-focused digital experiences. This role is perfect for a proactive problem-solver ready to grow into a Product Manager and take ownership of high-impact projects.

Location : San José, Costa Rica (On-site preferred; hybrid negotiable)

What Youll Do

Own and prioritize the product backlog with clear, actionable stories
Work closely with engineers, designers, and business stakeholders
Define & execute roadmaps balancing quick wins and long-term vision
Research user behavior, analyze data, and apply insights to improve features
Drive agile delivery (SCRUM / Kanban) and keep teams aligned

What Were Looking For

2+ years as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar in agile teams

Excellent English communication (written, verbal, presentation)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Experience with SCRUM / Kanban methodologies

Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments

Nice to Have :

Sports betting / iGaming experience

UX, SEO, or Azure DevOps knowledge
