Role : Sales Development Representative

Timezone : Remote (Must be available to work US Mountain Time hours, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM MT)

USD Salary : Negotiable based on experience

We are expanding our team and looking to bring on Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) who are motivated, resilient, and eager to grow in a fast-paced sales environment.

This is not just another outbound role — you’ll be at the frontline of customer engagement, guiding both high-profile B2C creators and influencers (with audiences of 5M+ followers) and a rapidly growing B2B market that includes businesses, schools, and organizations in need of customized merchandise such as jerseys, company swag, and family reunion apparel.

If you thrive in high-volume outreach, excel at building trust through clear communication, and are energized by the challenge of walking customers step-by-step through the sales process, this role offers a strong foundation for career development in sales.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and engage potential customers through calls, emails, and social outreach.
  • Nurture inbound and outbound leads by providing excellent customer support and guidance.
  • Walk customers through the sales process with patience and professionalism.
  • Build relationships with both high-profile B2C clients and B2B organizations.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, sharing learnings to foster growth and performance.

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (spoken and written) — must be clear, professional, and customer-oriented.
  • Proven persistence and diligence in a sales or customer-facing role (SDR / BDR experience preferred).
  • Comfortable with high-volume outreach and structured follow-ups.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to guide and “hand-hold” customers through the process.
  • Positive, self-motivated, and resilient attitude.
  • Tech-savvy and able to learn new tools quickly (CRM, email platforms, communication tools).
