About the Role

We are seeking a highly strategic and execution-focused  Digital Marketing Manager (B2B)  to lead and scale our marketing function. This role is ideal for a growth-minded marketing leader who can blend creativity with data-driven strategies to drive pipeline growth and elevate our brand presence. The ideal candidate is an all-rounder who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the latest B2B marketing trends, and can oversee multi-channel initiatives across paid, organic, outbound, and brand marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that drives both  growth and brand awareness .
• Own the marketing funnel end-to-end : from demand generation to lead nurturing to brand positioning.
• Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across  paid media, outbound, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and partnerships .
• Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with innovative approaches to acquire and convert high-quality leads.
• Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house or external resources as needed).
• Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring ROI on all initiatives.
