Your role at Baxter

This position will be responsible for monitor productivity and analyze data for trends/opportunities and make recommendations for operational efficiencies and to support achievement of P2P key performance indicators. Aide on automation and development projects and process improvements. This role reports to the P2P Global Process Owner.

What you'll be doing

• Ability to support projects globally and deliver initiatives, tools and automation for all 4 regions.

• We analyze, understand the root cause of issues, and problem-solve system-related issues.

• We develop insights on vendor behavior by analyzing the data related to vendor experience and operational performance.

• We review purchasing behavior and settle if vendors are using outlined procurement strategy and provide data to Procurement

• We provide valuable data and inputs to optimize purchasing strategies.

• We contribute to vendor transformation by seeking and developing new arguments.

• We use template responses to communicate with vendors and internal Baxter staff to correct behavior as needed.

• We handle critical issues and customer concerns.

• We create and distribute unique reports based on business needs, internal audits, and business continuity planning.

• We collaborate and support the Global Process Owners (GPO) on process and systems improvement initiatives, through data collection, analysis and suggested corrective actions.

• We participate in data gathering and creating daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reporting.

• We analyze data for trends/opportunities within the digital P2P roadmap.

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, economics, statistical or another related field

• Effective computer, analytical, and project management skills, BI, Alteryx, Celonis

• Knowledge of using database systems including an enterprise-grade analytics tool

• 5+ years of experience in statistical/analytical role, with the responsibility for the preparation of KPI reports and dashboards

• Experience working with Coupa and JDE (JD Edwards)

• Experience implementing different vendor purchasing strategies and understanding the value of using different purchasing strategies.

• Experience in P2P analytics and preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly KPI reports and or dashboards.

• Experience in procurement, business analysis, or strategic analysis

• Project management experience to support project timelines, testing, and implementation for all new release testing of P2P software systems.
