What are we looking for?
A Business Analyst with solid experience in the health insurance sector . This role is key to bridging business needs with technology delivery — ensuring alignment, clarity, and value creation across projects.
Your mission will be to act as the connection point between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating requirements into meaningful, high-impact deliverables. You’ll analyze and document processes, user stories and functional requirements, while collaborating closely with Agile teams to drive efficiency and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured and translated into deliverables.Analyze and document processes, user stories, and functional requirements to support business objectives.Support testing activities, including test case review, execution, and defect tracking.Prepare and maintain project status reports using Microsoft Project and other reporting tools.Collaborate in Agile ceremonies (planning, refinement, reviews, retrospectives) within a Scrum Team.Design process flows, wireframes, and mockups using appropriate tools to communicate requirements and proposed solutions.Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, ensuring alignment with best practices in service analysis and project delivery.Requirements
At least 4 years of experience as a Service or Business Analyst .Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies .Understanding of business processes and testing support .Proficiency with Microsoft Project for project progress reporting.Familiarity with mockup and flowcharting tools (e.g., Figma, Balsamiq, Lucidchart, Visio).Bilingual (Spanish–English) communication skills.Knowledge of Azure DevOps .Conditions
