About the role
- Responsible for multi-account Third-Party business management for a Distributor[s]. Chooses and develops distribution partners through knowledge of the local markets and competitors.
- Design and implement a plan that maximizes BSC's overall operating income for a Country or, a Franchise across countries.
- Develop objectives, strategies, tactics, and action plans to support the plan consistent with the BSC divisional strategic plan.
- Devise and implement successful sales strategies and build relationships with influential clinical, administrative, and economic decision-makers within targeted groups.
- May lead a group or team of employees in the achievement of organizational goals. Guide, coach, direct, and develop direct reports, and if applicable, drive those practices throughout their organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Medicine, Business Administration, Economy o related.
Up to 5-10 years of experience in sales or marketing areas.
Experience in managing P&L, structured analysis, and reporting.
Management of direct or indirect people in projects, fieldwork
General knowledge in other related disciplines, business unit function and cross-group dependencies / relationships.
Others : Excel, Sales Force Tableau.
Understand the Forecasting process.

Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CA countries : COSTA RICA, PANAMA, SALVADOR, HONDURAS, GUATEMALA, NICARAGUA.
