About the Role
As a GTM Planning Analyst, you will be a key driver in our future success, supporting the team in developing & implementing our sales plan to accelerate growth & achieve our ambitious business goals. Reporting to the Head of GTM Planning, you will develop sales pipeline targets and optimize our pipeline target-setting approach. The ideal candidate is equally passionate about leveraging data to solve exciting problems as they are about process improvement and delivering value for internal customers. You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights. You are intellectually curious, results driven, and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities
Sales Pipeline Target-Setting Process : Support the development and administration of Workday’s sales target-setting models, including data management and data analysis
Sales Planning Systems : Manage data, operations, and user support for Workday Adaptive Planning. Collaborate with GTM stakeholders and Systems teams to optimize its configuration and ensure it supports all planning processes
Data Management & Analysis : Analyze / curate large volumes of data, develop templates to facilitate data submissions, craft compelling data models, identify trends and anomalies, and translate insights into executive-level presentations for data visualization and communication of insights
Continuous Process Improvement & Knowledge Management : Identify and recommend opportunities to optimize the sales planning process & tooling. Assist in documenting data flows, system configurations, roles & responsibilities, and other standard processes.
Data Reporting & Dashboarding : Design, build, manage, and monitor reports, dashboards, and metrics to visually represent results and deliver actionable insights and data-driven decisions
X-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, Corporate Strategy, Business Operations, Finance, and other key stakeholders on analysis, insights, and process
About You
Basic requirements
7+ years of work experience in sales planning, sales operations, sales / GTM finance, or business analytics at SaaS or enterprise software companies
7+ years experience in data analysis and modeling, using tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and
Experience with Planning software (Workday Adaptive Planning, Anaplan, OneStream) and Sales systems ( / Clari)
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data management and reporting
Experience with sales & pipeline metrics, target setting process, and creation of sales & pipeline dashboards
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
Other qualifications
Excellent user experience design and data visualization skills
Experience supporting Strategy, Planning & Operations teams preferred
Experience with Google Gemini, ChatGPT, or Claude
Experience with Snowflake and Sigma Computing preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment; self-motivated and resourceful; ability to navigate ambiguity
