Sr. Technical Consultant - VNDLY

About the Role

As a Senior Technical Consultant you will play a key role in integrating Workday VNDLY with various external applications, including Workday, to support and enhance our customers´ contingent labor programs. This role involves leading complex technical workstreams, designing and implementing solutions that align with customer requirements, and ensuring seamless data synchronization across systems. You will work closely within cross-discipline deployment teams to gather customer requirements and implement creative solutions. This position offers the opportunity to leverage your technical expertise and consulting skills to significantly impact how our customers manager and optimize their contingent workforce through our next-generation VMS.

About You

Basic Qualifications :

5+ years of demonstrated ability with data migration, integration development, report building, or software development, OR

5+ years of client facing experience in technical consulting, requirements gathering, and solution design capacity, OR

5+ years of implementation experience with Human Resource or VMS software applications.

Other Qualifications :

Other Qualifications :

Workday integration & Workday Studio Certification.

Proficient skills with Web Services (SOAP, REST), XML, XSLT, Java, Python or other integration technology.

Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Experience in leading presentations and requirements gathering sessions.

Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Proven ability to lead integration projects from planning through execution.

B.S. in Computer Science / Software Engineering / Management Information Systems.
