Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by monitoring activities, addressing issues, and optimizing processes for efficiency
- Triage and orchestrate resources based on standard and improved processes to ensure they are utilized effectively and efficiently
- Identify areas for improvement in operational processes, develop strategies for optimization, and implement changes to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Monitor quality operational standards to ensure services meet customer expectations
- Identify potential risks to operations and develop plans to mitigate them, ensuring business continuity and minimizing disruptions
- Develop and manage budgets for operational activities, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review
- Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Foster open communication channels within the organization to facilitate coordination between departments and resolve conflicts effectively
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging innovation, learning, and adaptation to changing market conditions
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and effectively
- Collaborate with the finance department to manage budgets, track expenses, and forecast resource needs for upcoming projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital production, providing recommendations for adoption or integration as needed
- Drive initiatives to enhance collaboration and communication across geographically dispersed teams, leveraging tools and platforms for remote working client satisfaction
Requirements & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Digital, Advertising, Operations, Business Administration) required; Master's degree preferredMinimum of 4-5 years of experience in operations, with a focus on process improvement, KPIs tracking, production workflow, business improvementProven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams and delivering production projects on time and within budgetStrong understanding of production processes, tools, and technologiesExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English (both written and verbal)Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects / initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentProven ability to analyze complex problems, develop innovative solutions, and implement effective strategies to address operational challengesExperience in project management, including planning, organizing, and overseeing projects to ensure timely completion and achievement of objectivesExperience working in an international and multicultural environmentProficiency with relevant software and technology tools used in operations management, such as ERP systems, project management software, and data analytics toolsExperience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanab, is a plusContract Type : Permanent
