As a Senior Service Delivery Manager , you'll be the linchpin between our customers and our engineering team, using your expertise to empower organizations to strengthen their security posture. You’ll dive deep into the intricacies of our customers' environments, understand their challenges, and deliver tailored guidance to enhance their defenses. You'll be a visionary, a trusted advisor, and a catalyst for change. Qualifications

Required Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s Degree AND 5+ years of experience in product / service / project / program management / software development OR equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in the cybersecurity domain including but not limited to information Security, Security Operations Center (SOC), incident response or similar roles, demonstrating a deep understanding of industry best practices and emerging threats.
• 3+ years of experience working with Microsoft Defender.
• 2+ years of experience interfacing directly with customers.

Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and / or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings : Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
