This is where you come in… Freelance Graphic Designer – SweetRush As a Freelance Graphic Designer at SweetRush, you’ll contribute to shaping the visual and creative identity of our learning experiences.

Working closely with Art Directors, Creative Directors, and cross-functional project teams, you’ll help bring clarity, cohesion, and polish to digital learning materials.

What You’ll Do Create High-Quality Visuals : Design graphics, layouts, icons, and visual elements that support and enhance e-learning content.

Design Learning Interfaces : Develop intuitive, accessible, and visually engaging user interfaces for digital learning experiences.

Translate Direction into Design : Work from creative guidance and project requirements to deliver cohesive visuals aligned with learning objectives and brand guidelines.

Collaborate with the Team : Partner with Instructional Designers, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure smooth production and visual consistency across deliverables.

Solve Creatively : Identify design challenges early and propose thoughtful, practical solutions that contribute to a smooth workflow.

g Stay Hands-On : Contribute to both foundational design work and refinements to high-level concepts as needed.

What We’re Looking For A Strong Visual Eye : You understand how design supports storytelling, learning goals, and user engagement.

A Collaborative Attitude : You’re comfortable working with feedback and partnering with a variety of roles to achieve shared project goals.

Detail-Oriented : You have a sharp eye for consistency, accessibility, and quality in every visual element you create.

Experience in Learning or Digital Design (Nice to Have) : Familiarity with designing for e-learning or interactive experiences is a plus.

Hourly Rate : $25-30 / hour, project based work A professional portfolio is a must for this position At SweetRush, we value creativity, collaboration, and meaningful design.
