Position Summary

This position supports customers by answering technical questions and processing orders via phone, fax, email, and internet. This is a call center position in a busy and complex dental healthcare market.

Job Responsibilities :

This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following :

Provides superior customer service over the telephone to our customer base including, but not limited to, dental offices and dental labs.
Sets up new accounts and maintains customer master data in SAP.
Answers incoming interactions from Straumann, Neodent, and ClearCorrect customers in a professional, timely manner.
Provides basic technical support on all Straumann products.
Processes orders accurately and efficiently using SAP.
Problem solve and provide resolution to order and shipping issues.
Accomplishes weekly productivity, efficiency, and satisfaction goals.
Attends and contributes to team and company meetings to stay up to date on relevant information.
Follows safety rules and maintains personal safety and the safety of others, including maintaining a clean and
Read and interprets training documents, safety rules, operating manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedural documents.
Completes training required for this position.
Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

1+ years of experience providing customer services or support.

High School diploma or equivalent

Fluent in English

Fluent in French

Preferred Qualifications :

Prior dental experience preferred.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.

Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Excellent customer service skills.

Prior sales experience a plus.

Basic computer skills including PC, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Ability to read and interpret training documents, safety rules, and procedural documents in English.

Ability to speak with and deal with a wide variety of customers and positively provide solutions.

Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and collaborate well with others.
