Instead, we specialize in message handling, appointment scheduling, live call interpretation, and more. Our sole connection with our customers is through the phone.

Requirements

What does it take to be a part of the #HeroSquad?

• Excellent spoken and written communication
• Strong soft skills, empathy, professional demeanor, reliability
• Attention to detail and active listening
• Availability to work in the afternoons
