We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Integration Analyst II to join our team.

This role is crucial for designing, creating, and testing data integration workflows.

The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a passion for problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple complex projects with precision.

You'll work closely with both external clients and internal teams to ensure seamless data flow and high data accuracy for all integrations.

This position is a key member of our Data Services team, reporting to the Director of Data Services, and focuses on ensuring that our clients and internal users have confidence in the accuracy and reliability of their data.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU Design, develop, and maintain data integration workflows and ETL pipelines, primarily using Alteryx, to automate data transfers between various systems.

Create and implement robust data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of data.

Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications for new or existing integrations.

Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve data issues and performance bottlenecks within integration processes.

Produce ad-hoc queries and reports to support business needs and assist with data-driven decision making.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration of data across different platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, HRIS).

Contribute to the development of standards, best practices, and documentation for data integration processes.

WHO YOU ARE   Preferred Education : Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics).

Required Experience : 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, data integration, or a related role.

Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Alteryx for building complex data integration workflows.

Solid understanding of database concepts and intermediate to advanced SQL skills for data querying and manipulation.

Familiarity with other data tools such as Microsoft SQL Server, Snowflake, or Tableau is a plus.

Familiarity with APIs, Python, and other integration tools is a plus Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.

The ability to manage multiple projects and concurrent priorities.

Excellent listening and communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience in English A passion for technology and complex problem-solving.

Aptitude to learn and adapt to new data tools and concepts quickly.
