Summary :
This leadership role is responsible for driving the performance of the Sales Development Representative team by coaching, mentoring, and managing daily activities to ensure the achievement of lead generation and sales qualified lead conversion targets.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Sales Development Representatives to meet and exceed lead generation and sales qualified lead targets.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans.
- Manage daily operations of the SDR team, including pipeline management and workflow optimization.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing stakeholders to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead qualification criteria.
- Maintain proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) and sales engagement tools (Outreach, SalesLoft, etc.).
- Ensure team adherence to sales processes and lead qualification frameworks throughout the B2B sales cycle.
- Deliver presentations and reports to senior management regarding team progress and market insights.
Required Skills :
Proven experience in sales development roles with leadership or mentoring responsibilities.Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding lead generation and sales qualified lead conversion targets.Strong leadership and people management skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.Proficiency in CRM and sales engagement platforms.Deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, funnel management, and lead qualification methodologies.Goal-driven and capable of motivating a team in a fast-paced environment.Desired Skills :
