Project Description We are working with the CEO of a client who needs a solid AI Engineer with deep UIPath experience and agentic AI expertise to support one of our cutting-edge projects—a consultancy that partners with founder-led, high-growth companies (typically $5M–$10M in annual revenue).
These companies move fast, and our client helps them scale even faster by transforming their back office operations using intelligent agents and LLM-driven automation.
The consultancy’s approach is simple and powerful : identify the most manual, costly back office tasks and replace them with intelligent agentic solutions.
This enables their clients to save up to 60% on manual operational costs, freeing up cash that can be reinvested into core growth initiatives—ultimately helping these businesses scale more rapidly and efficiently.
The consultancy's CEO has been personally building AI agents to automate workflows like accounting, order processing, and vendor coordination.
He is now looking to hand off major LLM development to a dedicated engineer who can continue building, scaling, and optimizing these agentic systems.
This role will be responsible for analyzing existing LLM solutions, building on top of them when appropriate, and developing custom LLM-powered agents where needed.
This is a customer-facing, high-ownership role where you’ll work directly with the CEO of an AI-focused consultancy firm.

Help shape reusable agentic frameworks that evolve as clients grow—your solutions will start simple and become more sophisticated as needs scale.
Agent Development & Implementation Design, develop, and deploy intelligent agentic automations using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and relevant tools.
Communicate progress, risks, and technical challenges to stakeholders.
Minimum Requirements 2+ years of experience designing and developing LLM-powered agents or agentic systems in real-world applications.
Familiarity with agentic frameworks and tools such as LangGraph, Glean, or similar ecosystems.
5+ years of professional experience building robust RPA solutions using UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and related components Expertise in developing end-to-end workflows that automate complex business processes (e.g., accounting, order processing, vendor ops).
Strong understanding of UiPath best practices : modular design, selectors, error handling, security protocols, and performance tuning.
Proficiency with programming / scripting languages (e.g., Python, VB.NET, or C#) to support advanced automation needs.
Experience integrating automations with APIs, databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.), and cloud-based services.
English proficiency of C1+ Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work directly with clients and stakeholders (including C-level executives).
Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and adapt quickly in fast-paced, evolving environments.
Preferred Requirements UiPath Solution Architect or Advanced Developer Certification.
Exposure to other RPA tools (e.g., Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Power Automate).
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
Familiarity with process mining tools (e.g., UiPath Process Mining, Celonis).
Background in business process mapping and optimization.
Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

This conversation will center around your hands-on skills and cover both technical depth and soft skills like ownership, communication, and ability to work independently.
Client Round Interview Duration : 60 minutes Format : Live video call with the CEO of our client.
Focused on UIpath experience and skills as well as fit as you will be working directly with the CEO.
Total Interview Time Investment : 4–5 hours Next Steps We aim to finalize decisions and extend offers within a few days of the final interview, ensuring a swift and clear process.
