Main job tasks and responsibilities include :
- Handling the timely and accurate integration of Sales Orders from Salesforce to Workday
- Ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Partnering with cross-functional teams (Sales Operations, Revenue Recognition, Legal, etc.) to resolve Sales Order-related issues
- Finding opportunities and lead initiatives that drive departmental and cross-functional efficiencies, particularly in system improvements and scaling of processes
- Contributing to Monthly / Quarterly Revenue Operations Close (Journal Entries, Reconciliations, etc.)
- Assisting with quarterly preparation of supplemental reporting for Senior Management
- Supporting ad hoc reporting or data management requests
About You
Basic Qualifications :
3+ years experience in a Financial Operations / Revenue Operations environment, including general ledger reconciliations, accounting research, and / or journal entriesAccounting / Finance or other business degree preferredStrong digital literacy is vital, especially in ExcelPreferred QualificationsSFDC (SalesforceDotCom) experience is highly preferredSaaS-based industry experience is a plusKey proficiencies :
High attention to detail, accurate and organizedProven track record for creating process efficiencies and solving problemsExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsThe ability to work with all levels of managementCustomer service-focused and solution orientedAbility to lead multiple projects concurrently
