The Role

This remote position is perfect for someone with a background in sales or customer service, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to sensitive conversations.

What You’ll Do :

• Lead Generation : Make outbound cold calls to homeowners, introducing them to our real estate services and identifying potential leads.
• Dialer Management : Use the Mojo dialing system to efficiently manage calls, with training provided for other software as needed.
• Research & Database Management : Research and compile new leads to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities.
• Communication & Empathy : Handle each call with professionalism and empathy, especially when speaking with homeowners in distressing situations.
• Value Articulation : Clearly communicate our value proposition, navigating complex information to pinpoint viable leads.
