Descripción del trabajoPrepare reconciliation ofaccounts and resolve discrepancies which arise Prepare scheduled / ad hoc financial analysis reports Adhere to agreed servicelevels, company policies and procedures Resolve operational issuesand escalate to supervisor where necessary Strong team player Familiar with Microsoft Office orequivalent tools Good verbal and written communicationskills in English (C1 level) 2 – 4 years of work experience Industry or sharedservices experience is an added advantage.

YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Execute collection activities efficientlyand effectively in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Ensure collection of missed oroutstanding payments from clients are minimized.
- Responsible for the cashcollection of a designated customer portfolio using dedicated software / systemsand resolve billing disputes in a manner that is fair and timely.
- Focus on managingportfolio of receivable accounts and ensure aged balances remain within the setbusiness targets
Update bad debtsprovision, prepare analysis on debts and monitor account performance
