Position Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Financial Assistant to join our growing international finance team.
In this role, you will support the Head of Finance and external accounting partners in maintaining accurate records, managing payments and invoices, ensuring tax compliance, and supporting financial reporting across Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update accounting records, invoices, and payment data in company systems.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable and perform bank reconciliations.
- Create and verify sales invoices across the company group.
- Ensure compliance with tax and accounting standards in Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain.
- Coordinate with external accountants and the Head of Finance to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
- Prepare and organize documentation for audits, filings, and payments.
- Monitor expense reports, receipts, and financial transactions for accuracy.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within an international or multi-entity organization.Solid knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial reporting in Costa Rica, Panama, and Spain.Proficient in QuickBooks and Holded, with good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.Excellent communication skills in Spanish (written and verbal) and conversational to fluent English (B2–C1).
