We are currently looking for an experienced QA Engineer in the field of manual and automated testing for our Costa Rica-office location.

Responsibilities & Duties

  • Implementation of test plans, test cases and documentation, completion of operating instructions for product testing at an enterprise level.
  • Ensure functionality meets requirements.
  • Identify and write up bugs using clear reproduction steps.
  • Run test suites against new functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure overall product quality and reliability.
  • Work closely with the development team.
  • Support our products against reported problems in an appropriate way.
  • Escalate issues to team leads

Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience working with Azure DevOps, Playwright and Cypress.
  • Experience designing and writing test cases.
  • 3+ years in a Quality Assurance role is ideal.
  • Experience working in a continuous integration and development environment.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Process orientated mindset

    • Good to Have

  • Experience working API tests.
  • Database / SQL knowledge.
  • Experience in code / scripting language such as Python
  • Experience with systems that process large data
