Senior Business Consultant

THE ROLE

The Senior Consultant participates in different projects implementation with different levels of complexity. Carry out the tasks with a high degree of precision and help to create solutions in the different modules of Temenos Products.

• You will provide guidance and advice in functional, as well as, technical aspects for all the team.
• You will be able to understand tools, systems, procedures that are used to accomplish the job.
• You will track and maintain constant communication with the customer from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.
• You will be responsible for maintaining positive and loyal relationship between Temenos and its customers.
• You will work for one of the most important products of Transact
• You will review client organization, processes and workflows and propose of a ‘post-picture’ to maximize the benefit from TEMENOS products.
• You will validate all functional decisions for the projects to ensure optimum utilization of TEMENOS products.
• You will make recommendations on best banking practices to the Project Manager and alert him on practices that might damage the Clients businessor contradict legal requirements, before recognition as a problem by the Client.
• You will provide consultancy and advice to clients and TEMENOS consultants on matters related to the implementation of TEMENOS products.
• You will define and validate customization needs for TEMENOS products as per agreed business definitions.
• You will coordinate with the TEMENOS maintenance groups to ensure that the product problems identified are understood and resolved.
