Job Title : AI Specialist

Location : Remote - Latin America

Schedule : $8 - $14 / hr

As an Automation Specialist, you will design, build, and maintain automated workflows across a variety of client projects. You’ll work with platforms like Make.com, Zapier, and other no-code / low-code tools, with opportunities to apply light coding skills where needed.

This is a non-client-facing role focused on internal development and delivery, perfect for problem-solvers who thrive on building smart, scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools
• Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes
• Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects
• Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows
• Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods
