Digital Resource is a full-service digital marketing agency based in West Palm Beach, FL.

We partner with forward-thinking businesses to create custom internet marketing strategies.

Our solutions have a proven track record in increasing search engine rankings, building social followings, and most importantly, converting leads into real revenue.

As a Google Ads Strategist, you will be responsible for the research, planning, and execution of Google AdWords campaigns to drive clients’ short and long-term business objectives.

Your role will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of these campaigns and effectively communicating complex digital ad dynamics in an easy-to-understand manner.

Responsibilities & Duties : Campaign Strategy Development : Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads strategies to achieve client business goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to align paid search strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Keyword Research and Selection : Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-performing and relevant keywords.

Optimize ad copy and landing pages for targeted keywords to improve Quality Scores.

Campaign Management and Optimization : Build out and maintain Google Advertising campaigns for clients based on their goals.

Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting parameters to maximize performance.

Implement A / B testing to continually refine ad performance and conversion rates.

Performance Tracking and Reporting : Track and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools.

Report on progress and changes made to the campaigns on a daily basis.

Provide regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI, on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on client needs.

Ad Copy and Creative Development : Write compelling and high-converting ad copy.

Collaborate with the design team to develop engaging and effective ad creatives.

Client Communication and Collaboration : Develop and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff and clients.

Work with Account Managers to ensure client success and satisfaction.

Communicate complex digital ad dynamics in an easy-to-understand manner to clients.

Qualifications & Skills : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of proven expert knowledge of Google AdWords.

Current AdWords Certification is required.

Google Analytics Certification is required.

Demonstrated knowledge of digital marketing technologies, including targeting, website analytics, and media tracking tools.

Strong analytical skills, including data manipulation and campaign performance analysis.

Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Highly self-motivated individual with strong organizational skills.

Ability to perform click-through rate, conversion, spend, and creative analysis to identify growth / optimization opportunities.

Ability to adapt to constantly changing situations and perform multiple tasks with multiple priorities.

Ability to work under pressure and with all types of personalities.

Position Details : The Google Ads Strategist reports to the Digital Marketing Manager and works closely with the broader marketing team and account managers to ensure our paid search campaigns are successful.

This role is pivotal in driving traffic, increasing conversions, and achieving business objectives through effective Google Ads management.

This is a remote position.

KPIs : Increased click-through rate (CTR) Improved conversion rate Lowered cost per acquisition (CPA) Increased return on ad spend (ROAS) Higher Quality Scores for keywords Increased traffic from paid search Achieving campaign-specific goals (e.g., lead generation, sales) Key Responsibilities : Develop and Execute Campaign Strategies : Create and implement Google Ads strategies to meet business goals.

Optimize Campaign Performance : Continuously improve campaigns through A / B testing, bid adjustments, and keyword optimization.

Analyze and Report on Performance : Track key metrics and provide regular performance reports.

Create Compelling Ad Copy : Develop high-quality ad copy and work with the design team on creatives.

Manage Budgets : Allocate and monitor campaign budgets effectively.

Client Communication : Maintain professional relationships and communicate complex ads dynamics effectively.

Stay Updated : Keep abreast of industry trends and implement new strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
