Who We're Looking For
We are seeking a highly skilled Media Buyer / Paid Ads Specialist who thrives in a fast-growing, data-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a strategic implementor who excels in managing and optimizing multiple accounts at scale, driving measurable growth across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms. They bring advanced analytical capabilities, fluency in performance testing frameworks, and the ability to translate data into smart decision-making. This person collaborates seamlessly with creative, product, analytics, and automation teams to ensure alignment and efficiency as we continue to scale our marketing operations.
Responsibilities
Strategic Implementation
- Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies across multiple client accounts or business units in collaboration with team
- Lead media buying initiatives that drive scalable growth while maintaining efficiency metrics
- Establish testing frameworks and optimization protocols for continuous performance improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, product, automation) to align paid media with broader marketing objectives and standardize workflows
Account Management & Execution
Manage monthly ad budgets across 5-10+ accounts simultaneouslyExecute campaign setup, launch, monitoring, and optimization across multiple platformsConduct regular account audits and performance reviewsImplement advanced bidding strategies and budget allocation modelsScale winning campaigns while maintaining or improving efficiency metricsOptimization & Analytics
Continuously analyze campaign performance data to identify optimization opportunitiesImplement A / B and multivariate testing across ad creative, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategiesDevelop custom attribution models and reporting frameworksTranslate complex data insights into actionable recommendationsMonitor competitive landscape and industry trends to maintain competitive advantageRequirements
5–7 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple client accounts or business units.Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) Level C1Platform Expertise (Must Have)
