Role summary You will play a key role in implementing and supporting Yardi CRM and RentCafé modules to enhance operational efficiency and standardize resident experiences.
This role combines system implementation, business analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive scalable solutions aligned with strategic business goals.
Responsibilities Lead and support the implementation of Yardi CRM and RentCafé modules.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize workflows and system adoption.
Partner with the Operations leadership team to design and deliver comprehensive user training.
Develop and maintain project plans, documentation, and timelines.
Provide ongoing technical and operational support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring continuous improvement.
Design and optimize resident and customer journeys to ensure consistency and value.
Implement quality assurance processes and enforce best practices in solution delivery.
Manage budgets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure ROI and alignment with business cases.
Prepare regular status reports and communications for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Identify risks and dependencies, mitigating challenges to ensure successful project execution.
Foster collaboration across teams to ensure scalability and sustainability of solutions.
Requirements – Must-haves 3+ years of experience in operations, financial, or technology implementation.
Proven experience supporting or implementing CRM systems (Yardi CRM and RentCafé preferred).
Strong understanding of customer journey design and optimization.
Familiarity with project management and Agile practices.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and accuracy.
Effective documentation, reporting, and training delivery skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Nice-to-haves (optional) Experience working in a SOX-regulated environment.
Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
Experience with system integrations, data management, or business process reengineering.
Familiarity with Yardi ecosystem modules and data workflows.
