Role summary You will lead the optimization, implementation, and support of CRM and RentCafé platforms, ensuring seamless resident journeys and cross-functional alignment.
This role requires expertise in Yardi CRM, stakeholder collaboration, and project execution to enhance business operations and technology performance.
Responsibilities Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
Partner with Yardi implementation and data consulting teams for CRM and RentCafé deployments.
Design and optimize resident journey workflows, ensuring process standardization and scalability.
Develop and deliver comprehensive CRM and RentCafé training programs across multiple formats.
Maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation to ensure consistent delivery.
Provide ongoing support for CRM systems, resolving issues and improving system performance.
Implement and monitor quality assurance processes for CRM data integrity and performance.
Establish and maintain CRM best practices and ensure adherence to defined standards.
Manage budgets and track ROI, ensuring business cases deliver measurable value.
Communicate regular project updates, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks, dependencies, and cross-functional challenges.
Requirements – Must-haves 4+ years of experience in operations, finance, or technology implementation.
Proven success leading or supporting CRM implementation projects.
Strong understanding of customer journey design and process optimization.
Experience with Yardi CRM and RentCafé modules (highly preferred).
Knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
Excellent communication, documentation, and conflict management skills.
Strong ability to engage with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Experience providing system training and user support.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Nice-to-haves (optional) Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP certification.
Experience implementing technology or process changes in a SOX-compliant environment.
Background in property management, real estate, or senior living operations.
