Role summary You will lead the design and delivery of engaging Yardi software training programs for stakeholders in the senior housing and property management sectors.
This role blends instructional design, system expertise, and stakeholder engagement to enhance user adoption, system efficiency, and organizational success.
Responsibilities Deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions on Yardi Senior products, adapting to diverse learner needs.
Develop and maintain comprehensive training resources, including guides, tutorials, videos, and FAQs.
Continuously update training materials to align with software enhancements and best practices.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align training with business goals.
Recommend process and workflow improvements based on system usage insights.
Organize and schedule training programs, monitoring attendance, feedback, and outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and enhance user experience.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Yardi modules and related real estate software platforms.
Monitor CRM and LMS data accuracy and ensure training metrics are tracked and reported.
Communicate project and training status updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate training-related risks and dependencies.
Requirements – Must-haves Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3+ years of experience delivering software training, preferably in SaaS or property management environments.
Proven experience with Yardi or similar platforms (RealPage, Entrata, etc.).
Strong facilitation skills for both virtual and in-person sessions.
Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning tools.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Understanding of project management and Agile practices.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Willingness to travel as required for on-site training engagements.
Nice-to-haves (optional) Experience training in senior housing, property management, or healthcare industries.
Familiarity with Yardi modules such as Voyager, Payscan, eProcurement, Vendor Café, Job Cost, or RentCafé Suite.
Certifications in Agile, Six Sigma, or PMP.
Background in software implementation or consulting within real estate technology.
