Role summary You will lead the assessment, piloting, and implementation of innovative technologies across senior living facilities to enhance healthcare operations, resident care, and business efficiency.
This role combines strategic analysis, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination to drive scalable, high-impact technology initiatives.
Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations of healthcare and operational technologies for senior living environments.
Develop ROI models and business cases to support technology investment decisions.
Lead vendor selection processes, including RFP development, evaluation, and contract negotiation.
Monitor market trends and emerging technologies relevant to senior housing and healthcare operations.
Design and manage multiple technology pilot programs annually across facilities.
Track pilot outcomes, define success metrics, and develop rollout strategies for successful initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.
Oversee vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance tracking.
Develop standardized technology evaluation frameworks, playbooks, and change management processes.
Maintain documentation for technology inventory and performance tracking systems.
Lead, mentor, and develop Technology Analysts and Project Managers, fostering growth and collaboration.
Support executive leadership with technology presentations and strategic recommendations.
Requirements – Must-haves Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology Management, Business, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in technology evaluation, healthcare technology, or management consulting.
Proven experience managing vendor relationships, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in financial modeling and ROI analysis.
Experience leading technology pilots and multi-site implementations.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong understanding of change management and technology adoption processes.
Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
Nice-to-haves (optional) Experience in senior housing, healthcare, or facilities technology operations.
Knowledge of industry-specific solutions such as EMR, EHR, IoT, or building automation systems.
Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
Master’s degree or certifications in project or technology management (PMP, CSM, etc.).
